Coaching

I coach individuals as well as families on how to design their lives in accordance with their priorities.

I usually begin by helping people identify their priorities and set goals. Then, we determine the practical steps and actions that will bring them closer to their goals, and we work on time management and project management.

I also help initiate and sustain habit change using an individualized approach.

I also offer help with mindset, as I consider our perception of our world just as important as the actual events.

I also work with families with young children, since maintaining a home and taking care of kids can be especially tricky and challenging.

Reviews & Testimonials

“Marisha gave this very inspiring workshop to our group titled “Priorities & Productivity: A Personalized Approach.”

What I took home is that we have a choice all the time, and that it is so important to reflect on what is most important to me and to act like it.

Being a supermodel herself in optimizing her life, she showed me in a very positive manner that I still have lots of space for improvement.”

— Harold Bekkering, Principal Investigator at SENSe & AI Lab, Donders Centre for Cognition, Donders Institute, Radboud University, Nijmegen, Netherlands

“The workshop that we organized with Marisha for the Halkes Women Faculty Network at the Radboud University was really popular. She taught our attendees how to build good habits and break bad ones, and gave many personalized tips. The participants found this extremely valuable and we got very positive feedback on the event!”

“This workshop on time management was very helpful. I especially liked how Marisha provided a range of tools and techniques that would work for different types of people, so that I could find the ones that would be more efficient for my specific situation. “
